Campaign Finance Passes

NPR's Peter Overby reports on passage of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance bill. Once signed into law, it will ban unregulated donations made to political parties by corporations, unions, and individuals. But critics say that's a violation of free speech, and intend to challenge the law in court.
