Four were accused in an unsuccessful bomb plot in Strasbourg, France, two years ago. Prosecutors say all five were linked to al Qaeda. In a separate case, German police today detained and then released a suspect in connection with an explosion that killed 16 people -- including 10 German tourists -- in Tunisia last week.
