Dutch Government Resignations
John Ydstie talks with reporter Geraldine Coughlin in the Hague, about the resignations of members of the Dutch Cabinet. A report on the 1995 slaughter of about 8,000 Bosnian Muslims by Serbs at Srebrenica condemns the Dutch government and military for failing to stop it. The cabinet has bowed to pressure resulting from that report. Prime Minister Wim Kok has been told by Queen Beatrix to form an interim caretaker government until a new administration can be installed.
