French Election NPR's Nick Spicer reports from Paris that the political establishment of France is in shock after yesterday's win by far-right candidate Jean-Marie Le Pen in yesterday's first round of the presidential election. Le Pen edged out Socialist Prime Minister Lionel Jospin to come in second after incumbent president Jacques Chirac, winning the right to a runoff election against Chirac.
