Falun Gong and Iceland Air Iceland Air has refused to let members of the Falun Gong movement board flights at Baltimore/Washington International Airport. They are trying to go to Iceland where Chinese President Jiang Zemin is visiting. Iceland has banned all members of the group from entering the country while Zemin is in the country.
