West Coast Ports

NPR's Laura Sydell reports West Coast ports have reopened, and dock workers are unloading ships for the first time in 10 days. Last night, a federal judge in San Francisco granted a Bush administration request and ordered an end to the lockout of the longshoremen by the port management.
