Moving to Nevada, a City Decides
NPR's Alex Chadwick reports on the city of Wendover which is split by two states with very different laws. It is on the border of Nevada and Utah, and a non-binding election day referendum will test local support for moving the state line so that all of Wendover is legally in Nevada and thus able to run slot machines, gambling houses and "guest ranches" that rent suites by the hour.
