NATO's Transformation Summit President Bush today traveled from Prague to St. Petersburg, Russia, for the close of NATO's transformation summit. This is the first time a meeting of all NATO leaders was held behind the old Iron Curtain. Yesterday the Atlantic alliance invited seven East European countries into its ranks.
