Opposition Leaders Discuss Possible Post-Saddam Iraq

A group of expatriate Iraqis meet in London to make plans for governing their country in the event that a war with Iraq leads to Saddam Hussein's ouster. The U.S.-backed meeting is the largest gathering of Iraqi opposition leaders in more than a decade. Hear NPR's Guy Raz.
