Jobless Look Beyond Government for Help
More than eight million Americans are now out of work. And despite the recent congressional move to extend federal unemployment benefits for many of them, far more are without help. And in some quarters — including the streets of Atlanta — there are doubts the government can do much to help them. NPR's Joshua Levs reports..
