Terrorists Blamed for American's Death in Kuwait

The U.S. ambassador to Kuwait condemns the shootings of two Americans as a "terrorist incident." Kuwaiti officials agree with the assessment, but so far no group is claiming responsibility. One American civilian died in the attack, and another was wounded. NPR's Anne Garrels reports.
