Court: Music Industry Can't Subpoena ISPs

A federal appeals court rules that Internet service providers don't have to turn over the names of Internet clients suspected of illegally sharing music files. Overturning a lower court's ruling, the appeals court says current copyright law does not give the Recording Industry Association of America the authority to subpoena those names.
