Colombian Rebel Leader Arrested

Simon Trinidad, a top commander of Colombia's FARC rebel army, was captured in Ecuador over the weekend and is now in the custody of Colombian authorities. The arrest is a political win for President Alvaro Uribe, but analysts say it is not likely to have a long-term effect on Colombia's decades-long civil war.
