Orchestra Takes Co-Op Approach Andreas Delfs steps down at the end of this season as Music Director for the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra. Under a new arrangement, the decision making regarding direction of the orchestra, will be determined by a combination of management and the orchestra itself.
