Court Revokes Berlusconi's Immunity
Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi faces a corruption trial once again, after Italy's highest court annuls a law that gave him temporary shelter from prosecution. Berlusconi was being tried on charges that his media company bribed judges; the trial was stopped when a new law gave Italy's top officials immunity while in office.
