Tapes: Enron Traders Plotted Market Rigging

West Coast lawmakers express outrage over what California Sen. Dianne Feinstein calls concrete evidence of fraud and market manipulation during the energy crisis that began in 2000. In newly released tapes of phone conversations, traders at Enron Corporation joke about rigging electricity markets and stealing money from "poor grandmas in California." NPR's Elaine Korry reports.
