Federal Rules Relaxed on Killing Wolves
New federal rules will make it easier for ranchers in Idaho and Montana to kill wolves, which are listed under the Endangered Species Act. Ranchers welcome the chance to control the predators. Environmentalists warn of the ecological consequences. NPR's Jeff Brady reports.
