McDonald's Headed to Court over Supersizing
The lawsuit against McDonald's charging its supersizing has made for supersized young customers has been revived. A federal appeals court has reinstated part of the lawsuit charging McDonald's with deceptive advertising. A lower court judge had dismissed the lawsuit brought on behalf of two obese children, ruling it hadn't directly linked children's alleged health problems to eating at the fast food giant. McDonald's responded by saying the case goes against common sense.
