Montana Inmates Get Retro Look A jail in Montana has gone retro. Sheriff Clark Carpenter, who runs the Park County Detention Center, is replacing the standard orange jumpsuits there with the black and white striped uniforms that of late have only been seen in cartoons depicting convicts. The new uniforms will be worn by inmates charged with felonies and making any escapees easier to spot. Although the jail's supervisor at first objected some inmates thought old-school uniforms looked pretty cool.
