U.N. Oil-for-Food Probe Critical of Annan
An investigation of the United Nations' oil for food program finds that Secretary-General Kofi Annan did not influence the awarding of a contract to a company that employed his son, Kojo. But the investigation also concluded Annan had not inquired sufficiently into his son's involvement with the company.
