Hog Riders Take to Libraries The motorcycles are roaring into Sturgis, S.D., again for an annual rally, and lots of the bikers are going to the library. Librarians suspect the attraction is more the air conditioning than the books, but some have borrowed volumes with pictures of tatoos. If they don't have a local library card, they have to pay a deposit. Librarians say they come back with the book and a new tattoo, and get their deposit refunded.
