After all they've been through, Hurricane victims could probably care less that their new Tommy Hilfiger clothes are knockoffs. The Department of Homeland Security says clothes it seized — because they're counterfeit — are being donated to evacuees at the Astrodome. With a million seized goods in storage, officials are now combing their warehouses for other items that would help the Hurricane survivors.
