A lot happening on the foreign front today, and All Things Considered plans to bring you up to date on each of the headline events. Nearly a year after Israeli forces quit Gaza, they are back, expanding an offensive that began last week in an effort to rescue a kidnapped Israeli soldier. Eric Westervelt will have the latest on that, while Lourdes "Lulu" Garcia-Navarro reports on the Mexican presidential election; at the moment, the conservative candidate Felipe Calderon has a narrow lead, and his leftist rival Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador says he won't accept the results and will go to court.
