Sen. Biden: Divide Iraq into Three Regions
Sen. Joseph Biden (D-DE) talks about his plan for a decentralized Iraq, divided along ethnic and religious lines -- a Kurdish area to the north, and the rest divided between Shia and Sunni Muslims.
He also discusses why other Democrats haven't proposed detailed strategies for dealing with the continued U.S.-led occupation of Iraq, where insurgent attacks against American troops have increased dramatically.
