In an effort to cut the costs of providing health insurance to its employees, Scotts Miracle-Gro in Ohio has invested heavily in a million-dollar general wellness program. It encourages employees to exercise, eat well and be healthy. They've also implemented an anti-smoking policy, which has resulted in a lawsuit.
