Mexico's "King of Mariachi" Makes New Fans North of the Border
The Mexican singer Vicente Fernandez has been compared to Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. He's not a household name for most Americans, but on his current tour through California, he's packing in crowds at big venues. For his fans, Vicente Fernandez is a living legend. Now, with a new bilingual box coupled with his biggest U.S. tour ever, Fernandez is attracting new fans on this side of the border.
