N.H. Rebuffs Seatbelt Law
New Hampshire's motto is "Live Free or Die." In a few cases each year, it's "Live Free and Die." Statistics show 10 people will die in New Hampshire this year because they were not wearing a seatbelt. State senators killed a proposed seatbelt law. So it's still the only state that doesn't make adults buckle up. An opponent of the seat belt measure says you're free to risk your life. A supporter says you're free to go through the window.
