Wiretapping in the Digital Age
Earlier this month, Congress passed a law broadening the federal government's authority to monitor calls and e-mails without a warrant. The new law is an amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA). Guests discuss why the new law could possibly cause new security risks.
