Sept. 11 remembrances are held around the country, from services in Norwalk, Conn., to bagpipers in Tacoma, Wash. In Sebring, Ohio, 10-year-old Colton Lockner organized a "freedom walk" for his community. It is Lockner's second year organizing the mile-long walk, part of a Defense Department program commemorating the Sept. 11 attacks and honoring U.S. troops.
