Going Down to R-I-O

In this week's on-air puzzle, every answer is a seven-letter word or name that contains the consecutive letters, R-I-O, somewhere in it. For example, if the clue is "inquisitive," the answer is "curious."

Add the letter A at the front, add the city's two-letter state postal abbreviation at the end, and the resulting 13-letter chain will be a palindrome — it will read backward and forward the same.
