The U.S. and Russia may not have found common ground on America's proposed anti-missile defense system, but at least there were no embarrassing ice skating mishaps for America's top diplomat while in Moscow. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice declined a chance to show off her ice skating prowess at a Russian ice rink. The former ice skating champion joked: there's a theory that it's like riding a bicycle. I'm not going to take that chance — just in case it's not true.
