Scientists Examine Climate Change in Bible Tales
The Bible is filled with stories of major environmental changes, like floods, droughts and desertification, often shown as God's righteous punishment for human misdeeds. In these stories, some scientists see a chance to understand a little more about the world. They have searched for the scientific truth behind such stories as Noah's flood.
