The United States and United Nations should be more transparent when listing suspected international terrorists and their financiers according to Sue Eckert, a terror financing expert at Brown University.

Eckert talks with Alex Cohen about a Muslim businessman who was financially blacklisted a few years ago. U.S. officials claimed he was giving financial support to al-Qaida, but he has been taken off their list for reasons that aren't entirely clear.
