Salvation Army bell ringer Arthur Jackson is a reformed drug addict. He sings carols while ringing his bell at the Mall of America in Minneapolis. Jackson, 57, says he did drugs for 35 years of his life and now it's time for him to give something back to the community.

Jackson says the Salvation Army helped turn his life around and he's just grateful to be alive.
