Supreme Court to Scrutinize Indiana Voter ID Law

The Supreme Court is poised to hear Indiana's Voter ID Law, requiring voters to present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. Critics claim that having to show an ID to vote makes it difficult for the poor, elderly and minority voters who, for the most part, vote Democrat. Defending the law, Indiana's attorney general says that the state is just trying to prevent possible future fraud.
