John C. Reilly has appeared in more than 50 films, and is well-regarded as a versatile comedic and dramatic actor. In his newest film, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, Reilly's talents help shape the character of Dewey Cox, an over-the-top fictitious rock legend. A fake biopic, the film parodies music legends Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Brian Wilson, and others.

Thirty-three original songs were recorded by the cast and are featured in Walk Hard. Accompanied by his backing band, The Hard Walkers, Reilly recorded all of the songs from the movie's original soundtrack.
