Cuba's National Assembly has chosen Raul Castro to take over as president from his brother Fidel. Brian Latell, who has written a biography of Raul Castro, talks with Jacki Lyden about what to expect from the transition.

Latell, a former high-ranking U.S. intelligence officer, is the author of After Fidel: The Inside Story of Castro's Regime and Cuba's Next Leader.
