It's been almost three years since the summer of Hurricane Katrina. Thousands of New Orleans residents fled their city in the storm's aftermath and many never returned. But the city still faces a number of challenges: crime, poverty and pollution.
Singer, songwriter and New Orleans native, Dr. John, composed an album with Eric Clapton and Willie Nelson, among others, that pays homage to his hometown, The City That Care Forgot, and also criticizes the lack of response to post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans.
