Lawmakers Prepare To Vote On 2011 Budget Deal
Lawmakers on Capitol Hill agreed to a budget deal for fiscal 2011 last Friday. But at the time, most of them did not know what was in the agreement.
More information is coming out, as the House is scheduled to vote on the matter Thursday. The Senate also plans to vote Thursday.
