Before Hanni El Khatib pursued his career in music full-time, he was the creative director at a skateboarding company. His punk spirit stays alive in his music, which ought to please fans of early White Stripes, Black Keys and other duos with its distinctive take on biting, bluesy garage rock.

El Khatib is an L.A. artist on the rise, so we were thrilled to host his U.S. radio debut, as well as the first-ever airing of a new song called "Good Feeling." With El Khatib on guitar and vocals and Nicky Fleming on drums, the band also ran through highlights from its new album, including "Loved One" and "You Rascal You." His music is raw, riveting rock 'n' roll, and we look forward to seeing where he goes next.
