French baguette or other white, crusty bread, cut into 1/2-inch slices

Sardines packaged in hot sauce

Cherry tomatoes

Pickled guindilla peppers

Simply pile ingredients atop one another, bread, then sardine, tomato and pepper. Secure with a toothpick. Serve chilled.
