Vince Staples, 'Hands Up' (Live At SXSW 2016)

This track, off the Hell Can Wait EP, pits black youth in southern California against local police. "Hands Up" name checks Black Panthers founders Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale as well as young black men Deangelo Lopez and Tyler Woods, who were shot by police in 2013.
