Our shortlist of the best new albums dropping this week includes the blistering "garage country" of Aubrie Sellers, former Belle and Sebastian singer Isobel Campbell's first solo album in 14 years, and the always reliable, heartfelt rock of the band Nada Surf. We've also got a cosmic, instrumental jam session from the band Elkhorn, Japan's veteran post-hardcore group Envy, the inimitable singer Frazey Ford and her best solo album yet, and a whole lot more on another packed release day. NPR Music's Ann Powers, Lars Gotrich, Lyndsey McKenna and Stephen Thompson join host Robin Hilton as they share their picks for the best new albums out on Feb. 7.
