Together Suz Slezak and David Wax make music as David Wax Museum. Though the couple first met in Boston, for the past several years, David and Suz, now married, have been raising their family in Charlottesville, Va., Suz's hometown.

For our Sense Of Place visit with the band, I ask David and Suz what happens when the idyllic city you live in becomes the center of a national firestorm. How how do you react? How do you cope?

Listen in as David Wax Museum takes us on a walking tour of the city the duo calls home to share how they met, what happened when the Unite the Right rally came to Charlottesville and what David and Suz chose to create in the aftermath.
