Genre: Indie Pop

Why We're Excited: Marem Ladson obsessed over American pop and folk music while growing up in Spain, so it's not a huge surprise that her own sound so frequently synthesizes influences from both places. Her new EP, Azul, features three songs in Spanish and two in English, but its sumptuous hooks and sweetly lilting vocals seem to form a language unto themselves.
