When people ask "who is the greatest American rock band of all time?", the shortlist of answers often includes Talking Heads. The singularly unique band has created so many timeless songs, from the first song they wrote, "Psycho Killer," to "Once in a Lifetime" and "Burning Down the House." Our guest in this episode, Chis Frantz, was there from the beginning. Along with David Byrne and Tina Weymouth (and later Jerry Harrison), Talking Heads' story is remarkable. Frantz's memoir, Remain in Love: Talking Heads, Tom Tom Club, Tina, gives you an insider perspective of the history of the bands he founded, plus the story of his relationship with his wife, Tina.
