Whistleblower protection program

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is known for its role in regulating big business. Much of the work it does to root out corporate malfeasance relies on the work of whistleblowers providing inside information to the government. Jordan Thomas used to work at the SEC and recognizes the value of the whistleblower. So he created his own private practice dedicated to making sure these anonymous actors are represented and compensated for the risks they take.
Today, we talk to Jordan Thomas about breaking ground in a new arena of law and what he sees as a revolutionary impact to the way securities laws are enforced.
