Do you think being a woman and a musician is different from being a man and a musician? If so, how? Was there a moment that made a difference clear to you?

"Very different indeed. It seems like we have to do the music part like men do and beyond. We are a more nurturing gender,we become the mother or big sister to the whole band, so we have more responsibility at the end. It's been clear to me since the beginning."

Do you see differences between generations of women musicians?

"with the whole feminism movement i believe we play more parts with time. It's great in a way that we can make more decisions, but we also take a lot on us."

"The best advice i've had was not to do it for the money but for the passion of it. The best advice i could give to a young woman who is starting now is basically the same and to be ready to do a lot of sacrifices."
