            Dahlkemper Strives To Hang On In Pa.

            Like so many of her Democratic colleagues thought to be in trouble this year, Kathy Dahlkemper unseated a GOP incumbent in a reliably Republican district in 2008. She has protected herself with conservative positions on guns and abortion, though she does defend her vote on behalf of the health care bill.
