The Stray Birds' members make their second appearance on Mountain Stage, recorded live at the Culture Center Theater in Charleston, W.Va. Hailing from rural Lancaster, Penn., the band's three musicians successfully draw on the rich traditions of American folk music while still sounding modern.

All three members of The Stray Birds sing lead: Maya de Vitry and Oliver Craven both play fiddle and guitar, while Charles Muench plays upright bass.
